Truecare Health is a licensed health insurance agency. We help Medicare beneficiaries enroll in and manage their health coverage.
Information we collect
When you work with us, we collect information you provide: your name, contact information (phone, email, mailing address), date of birth, Medicare information, and details about your coverage needs. We collect this during enrollment calls, on our website forms, and when you contact us for service.
How we use it
We use your information to: help you enroll in coverage, service your plan and answer your questions, send you updates about your enrollment and coverage, evaluate agent applications, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as an insurance agency. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you consent to receive text messages from us, we send service updates, reminders, hiring-related messages (when applicable), and plan-related news. Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing, enrolling in any product, or applying for employment.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide your service: with the insurance carriers you enroll with, with technology providers that operate our systems (such as our email and text delivery services), and where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or correct your information any time by calling (800) 555-0100 or emailing careers@truecarehealth.net.
