A normal week
You’ll spend most of your day on inbound and outbound member conversations—needs analysis, plan comparisons, and compliant enrollments. Managers listen to calls, give notes, and help when a case gets sticky. It’s structured, not sink-or-swim.

Do I need a license already?+
Having one helps you start sooner. If you don’t, we’ll point you through the licensing steps during onboarding.
Is the job remote?+
Yes—most agents work from home on a set schedule, with live coaching especially in the first few weeks.
Who am I talking to all day?+
Medicare beneficiaries comparing Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options from the carriers we represent in their area.
How fast do you get back on applications?+
Usually within one business day. If it’s a fit, we’ll schedule a quick call to talk through the role.
